City of San Leandro Historical Resources Survey & Historic Preservation Ordinance
October 2003

In 2003, the City of San Leandro commissioned Architectural Resources Group to survey San Leandro's historic resources. Below are sections of this report, including Historic Contexts, Neighborhood History, and Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) forms for 75 properties. DPR forms are used for recording and evaluating resources and for nominating historic resources for historic designation. Forms include information such as a description (including design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries),  architectural style, construction history, and significance of the buildings or resource.
